Summer days!

There is so much to do in the High Country during summer. You can escape to one of High Country’s most breathtaking areas for walks and visit historic huts or you can travel through this beautiful country on the newly sealed Bogong High Plains Road between Falls Creek and the Omeo Highway.

Or you can just stay “at home” in Bogong Village.

There is a choice of activities including canoeing, swimming, tennis and walking in and around the village as well as golf, fishing and a trip to wineries nearby. You can always take the rest and relaxation option and settle down to a book and maybe a picnic beside the lake. We do have barbecues in the gardens as well..

Our accommodation ranges from 3 to 4 ½ * so we are sure to have a cottage to suit your needs and budget. Take a virtual tour or village walk of our accommodation to see for yourself.

While surrounded by the Alpine National Park with its towering Australian eucalyptus trees, ferns and mountain stream, Bogong Village’s own European gardens make it a cool and leafy place to be this summer.
